Genesis is a Mexican chef with a passion for baking. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Bachelors in Business & Culinary Management. During her schooling and after graduation, she worked for Room Forty, a catering and hospitality company where she catered weddings and events all over Southern California for countless people, private celebrity events and well known brands. She later took a job as a baker at Amara Kitchen, a healthy, gluten free, vegan inspired restaurant in Los Angeles, CA, where she became passionate about baking. She’s also an iced coffee, cold brew type of girl no matter the weather. On her downtime, she loves taking road trips and exploring the world with her husband (who is the one behind the camera taking these amazing photos) and an iced coffee in hand.
