Genesis, a passionate chef and baker, holds degrees from Le Cordon Bleu in Culinary Arts and Business & Culinary Management. Her culinary journey spans from catering at Room Forty, where she catered weddings and events all over Southern California for countless people, private celebrity events and well known brands to later crafting healthy treats at Amara Kitchen. In 2023, she and her husband welcomed a baby girl! After a long break, she is ready to get back to baking for your special occasions with a new tiny assistant by her side and an iced coffee nearby.
